Associated American Artists issued each lithograph and etching with a card designed to be affixed to the back of the frame. This card featured the title of the print and a brief biography of the artist.
Oddly, while the card issued with this etching gives the title as "Slumbering Meadows", this proof, exceptionally, is titled in pencil by the artist--and the title he supplies is "Slumbering Valleys".
